BK22 Terms and Conditions — Your Rights, Our Rules, Explained Clearly

01 Acceptance of Terms

Your use of the BK22 platform constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement. These documents together form the complete agreement between you and BK22.

BK22 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or in-app notification at least seven days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility

To register and use a BK22 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. BK22 does not permit gambling by minors under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by local law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of BK22 is lawful in your location.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement, whether with BK22 directly or through any recognised responsible gaming body.
• You must not have been previously banned or had an account permanently closed by BK22 for violation of these Terms.
• You must be acting on your own behalf — not as an agent or representative of any third party — when placing bets or making transactions on the platform.

03 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one BK22 account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and any other information required by the BK22 registration form. You agree to keep this information up to date. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials. BK22 strongly recommends using a unique, strong password and not sharing your login details with any other person. BK22 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• You may update your registered email, mobile number, and payment details via your account settings or by contacting support.
• Account ownership cannot be transferred to another individual under any circumstances.
• BK22 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Standard documents accepted include CNIC, passport, or driving licence.

04 Deposits and Payments

BK22 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

The minimum deposit on BK22 is Rs 200. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though daily and weekly limits may apply at certain tiers and may be adjusted by BK22 at its discretion.

• Deposits are credited to your BK22 wallet in real time for Easypaisa and JazzCash transactions. Bank transfers may take up to one business day to clear.
• BK22 does not charge deposit fees. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your responsibility.
• Failed deposits: if a deposit is deducted from your payment account but not credited to your BK22 wallet within two hours, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• BK22 reserves the right to refuse any deposit where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may be made to any payment method registered on your BK22 account, subject to the limits and conditions applicable to your VIP tier. You may only withdraw to a payment method held in your own name — withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

Before processing your first withdrawal, BK22 will request identity verification (KYC). This is a standard regulatory requirement. Required documents typically include a copy of your CNIC or passport and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. BK22 aims to complete KYC verification within 24 hours of receiving valid documents.

• Bronze tier: Standard processing (typically same business day for requests submitted before 14:00 PKT). Weekly withdrawal limit Rs 200,000.
• Silver tier: Priority queue. Weekly limit Rs 500,000.
• Gold tier: Same-day processing. Weekly limit Rs 1,000,000.
• Platinum tier: Near-instant processing. Weekly limit Rs 5,000,000.
• Diamond tier: Instant processing. No weekly withdrawal cap.

BK22 does not charge withdrawal fees at any tier. Your payment provider may apply fees on receipt — these are outside BK22's control.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

BK22 offers various promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome deposit matches, weekly reload bonuses, cashback credits, festival offers, and referral rewards. The specific terms — including bonus amount, minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirement, game contribution rates, and expiry period — are published on the Promotions page for each active offer.

General bonus rules applicable to all BK22 deposit match promotions:

• Only one deposit match bonus may be active on your account at any time.
• Bonuses are for the personal use of the account holder only and may not be transferred or shared.
• BK22 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players with an active bonus at the time of cancellation will have their existing bonus terms honoured for the remainder of the active period.
• The standard wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses is 30× the bonus amount unless otherwise stated on the individual promotion page.
• Deposit match bonuses expire 30 days from the date of credit. Unconverted bonus funds are removed from the account at expiry with no cash equivalent.
• BK22 may void bonuses and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus more than once, placing offsetting bets to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements, or exploiting technical errors in the platform.

Zero-wagering rewards (VIP rakeback, referral bonuses, and weekly cashback for eligible tiers) are credited as real withdrawable balance and are not subject to wagering requirements. These are clearly labelled as such on the Promotions page and in your account transaction history.

07 VIP Club

Every registered BK22 account is automatically enrolled in the BK22 VIP Club at Bronze tier from the date of first bet. Tier progression is based on cumulative wagering volume in PKR across all eligible game categories. Tier thresholds, rakeback rates, and additional benefits are detailed on the VIP Club page.

• VIP tier status is reviewed on a rolling 60-day activity basis. Significant sustained reduction in wagering activity may result in a tier adjustment at the next monthly review.
• BK22 will notify affected players via email or account notification before any downward tier adjustment takes effect.
• Rakeback is calculated on the effective rake generated by your real-money bets across the Monday-to-Sunday period and credited to your wallet every Monday. Bets placed with bonus balance contribute at a reduced rate.
• BK22 reserves the right to amend VIP tier thresholds, rakeback rates, and associated benefits with 14 days' notice to active VIP members.

08 Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on BK22 operate according to rules published within each game interface. By entering a game, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and understood those rules. BK22 does not accept disputes arising from misunderstanding of game mechanics after a bet has been placed.

BK22's RNG (random number generator) games are certified by independent testing laboratories. Live dealer games use physical cards dealt from a real shoe on camera. Round history for all game sessions is stored in your BK22 account and accessible for review at any time.

• In the event of a technical failure mid-round (disconnection, server error), BK22's system will attempt to complete the round based on the state at the time of failure. If a round cannot be completed, the bet amount will be refunded to your wallet.
• BK22 is not responsible for losses arising from your internet connection instability.
• Any bets placed in error by the player (wrong stake, wrong game) cannot be cancelled once the round has commenced.
• Obvious errors in displayed odds, payout multipliers, or game parameters — caused by technical faults — are not binding on BK22. BK22 reserves the right to void bets placed under clearly erroneous conditions.

09 Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BK22 and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of balance:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using any software, bot, algorithm, or automated system to place bets or interact with the BK22 platform.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit promotions, or share account access.
• Any attempt to exploit errors, bugs, or malfunctions in BK22's platform for financial gain.
• Bonus abuse: creating accounts or using the platform in a way designed primarily to extract bonus value rather than for genuine entertainment purposes.
• Using BK22 for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person without their explicit knowledge and consent.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

BK22 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion where there is reasonable grounds to believe that the Terms and Conditions have been violated. In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or serious abuse, suspension may occur without prior notice while an investigation is conducted.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any pending withdrawals or bonus balances may be voided. Deposited real-money funds that have not been wagered will be returned to the original payment method following the completion of any necessary investigation.

• Players who wish to close their account voluntarily can do so through their account settings or by contacting support. Any real-money balance will be withdrawn before closure.
• Players who self-exclude through BK22's responsible gaming tools will have their account suspended for the selected exclusion period. Re-registration before the exclusion period expires is not permitted.

11 Privacy and Data

BK22 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy.

BK22 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies where required by law or necessary for platform operations. 12 Responsible Gaming

BK22 is committed to responsible gaming. We provide tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. 13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BK22's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall be limited to the amount of your deposits made in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. BK22 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

BK22 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may temporarily affect access. BK22 will make reasonable efforts to communicate planned maintenance in advance.

• BK22 is not liable for losses arising from your internet connection issues, device incompatibility, or actions of third-party payment providers.
• BK22 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to read and understand these Terms before using the platform.

14 Amendments to These Terms

BK22 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. For material changes — those that affect your rights, your financial terms, or key platform rules — BK22 will provide at least seven days' advance notice via email to your registered address and via an in-platform notification.

Minor changes (grammatical corrections, formatting, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision) may be made without advance notice. The date shown in the "Last Updated" field at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

If you do not agree with a proposed amendment, you may close your account before the effective date and withdraw your real-money balance. Continuing to use BK22 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15 Contact and Dispute Resolution

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, BK22 will engage an appropriate alternative dispute resolution process.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BK22 is licensed to operate. Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
